Great Location: The hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the key attractions. It was within walking distance of the train station and close to various public transportation options.
Limited Amenities: The bathroom was quite narrow and had the least amenities. It would have been nice to have more toiletries and a refrigerator in the room.

Staff were fabulous, so we loved our being there. Practical & bright unit with a very comfortable bed and the TV. Was in a good area and near restaurants and bars. All in all a cosy hotel and PERFECT stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. its central location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the Christmas markets. Everything was within walking distance, from retail shops to museums and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a terrific shower and a very comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast, which was included in the price, was delicious and offered a wide range of options.
The hotel could improve by providing a telephone in the rooms.

We loved staying in this hotel as it was in the heart of the city centre, close to the river and in a nice area. The hotel facilities were super clean, and the staff that worked there were very cute and helpful. The breakfast had an excellent variety of food and was fresh every morning. the transportation was easily accessible from this location; we had no trouble getting around.
Nothing negative to say; this hotel was the perfect place to stay in this city.

I loved the location of this hotel - it was right on Barfüsserplatz with easy access to trams and the Christmas market. The room was clean and modern, and the staff were helpful. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located near the river, making it convenient for swimming on hot days. It is also easily accessible by tram from the airport or main train station. Trams stop right in front of the hotel, providing effortless transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The bathrooms are well-maintained and the service from the staff is excellent. Complimentary transportation tickets are provided for exploring the city, and there is a relaxing bar area downstairs for guests to enjoy.
The hotel lacks certain facilities such as a restaurant.
